This place is horrible. First it takes a month to see someone. Then they never return phone calls.. they won't let you even talk to your Dr. I think they need to hire a whole new office staff other than Valerie. Go to Ironwood for care if you want some real service!!!

Not if they are the last doctor's office left on the planet. They do not return calls or refill prescriptions. They are only concerned with having you come in the office as often as possible in order to make more money. The doctors are below average and very difficult to understand due to very thick accents. It is hard enough when you don't feel well they too have to deal with not being able to communicate with your doctor. Also, the office staff is also very rude. Because of this office I was unable to go back to work. Their response was oh well that is not our problem - I know we don't have a lot of choices in the area, but make the drive into Queen Creek or Gilbert. Save your time and money!!!
