DO not move here.Yes, it is the cheapest for the area.Quality of tenants have improve. Maintance is horrible. They do not care if you need things fixed, you practically have to beg. constant excuses from leasing office and head maintenance guy (Reinaldo). The retaliate if you complain or if you are a few days late on rent even if you make arrangements. Have heard horrors stories of guy who owns this place. We do not know who manages it since office sites they cannot give out info bcause they will be fired. They raise with out telling you and when you move out they do not give your deposit even if you left the place immaculate. Guy who owns said" I dont care, these people cannot hire a lawyer to get it back and by the time they do they won't see it anyways." oh Don't let children swim in pool. they do not clean it.

I could hardly wait for my one year lease to be up! Although remodeled, the plumbing and heat/ac are old. I had raw sewage bubble up into my apartment from the bathtub and toilet and they didn't clean my carpet for a week after. When it got chilly, I tried to turn on the heat. It was a Friday when I got home and after 5 so they wouldn't even look at it till Monday. Hot water heater broke, same thing. I lived a week with out a/c in August and they didn't consider that an emergency. So much for their 24/7 on-site maintenance! On site laundry? Haha, I used a laundry mat as theirs would take my quarters and not work. It was the noisest place I ever lived with gangster teenagers hanging out in the parking lot at night. Pool is typically filthy and most days it should be shut down. People who don't live there come and use it and have parties and the management doesn't stop it. There is a reason why they have now reduced the rent on this place and everyone leaves when their lease is up if not before!
