I generally like the selection here, the quiet atmosphere and the discount books. Staff is inconsistent--some friendly and helpful, some are not. They seem to be understaffed. BE AWARE! They will not let you return books, even with a receipt, even for a credit, after 14 days. No flexibility on this. For this reason, I will not be going back. I buy many books, for my classroom and for friends and family--sometimes I've bought duplicates, sometimes books I don't need and 2 weeks is not enough time for "turn around". Can you imagine buying a gift for someone a few weeks in advance and it turns out they already have it? You're S-O-L and as far as I'm concerned, so is B and N. Borders is nearby, has a cafe and music, and enough employees to help when needed. AND, they treat me more as a valued customer. Bye bye B and N.

Never really been a huge fan of Barnes and Noble. Border's has the same selection and usually better deals. But this one is conveniently located, is pretty large, has a good selection and is easy to get around in/shop in/and is not very crowded. So if you really need to browse a bookstore without bumping into people this is a great place to go. Barnes and Noble is notorious for being a huge store. This location out of 5 stars based on size comparative to other B+N's is maybe a 3 or 4. The staff here is much more helpful and nicer than other locations, 5. The parking right out front is massive and although shared with other businesses always has a spot open.
