Was a loyal customer. Service dates: 9/2014 $315, 11/2014 $180, 5/2015 $125, 6/2015 $135, 8/2015 $160 (have receipts). After 5 service calls within a year, the system broke again and we asked for the service fee to be waived on the 6th visit. We were frustrated when we called given that we paid the company $915 in less than a year. They refused to come back out to house because the owners felt we were questioning his work and were going to go public with our concerns, which after 5 visits within a year, most people would. Their refusal to simply check the system (we made it clear we did not expect them to do any work free of charge other than waive the service call fee) shows how loyal they are to loyal customers and an unwillingness to back up their work. The call for service in 8/2015 went unanswered for 5 work days until we called back. This recent service call request went unanswered for 3 work days until we called back. In addition, we had to replace part of the lawn when the system was down and another time when the sprinklers stayed on when we were out of town, we had a $950 water bill for the month. It is not unreasonable to expect after 5 visits in under a year and out of pocket expense of $915 directly to the company that the customer would question what is happening. They were unwilling to see the customer's side (again we were only asking for the 6th service fee in 13 months to be waived). I would not recommend this company.

We had a very negative experience with the management. I wouldn't recommend them if you need assistance. This negative experience was tied directly to value, and their response is disingenuous since they have not followed up with us to verify quality.

We've been in business for over 15 years and have learned that you cannot please 100% of the people 100% of the time although that's our goal each and every day. This customer's "negative experience with the management" was a miscommunication between him and his wife; it had nothing to do with our overall Quality, Service, and Value.
They arrived exactly when they said they would - providing a 30 minute call ahead. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. The tech was very knowledgeable about the sprinkler system as well as the coverage and water amount. It was a little over priced but not enough that I wouldn't call them again next time I have a problem that I cant fix myself.

Bayscapes sprinkler repair came out to my home and diagnosed and repaired an electrical issue i was having with my sprinkler system, replaced a few heads and repaired a leaking pipe and did the job right the first time. Thanks Bayscapes
