All of their radio ads talk about how warm and respectful they are. They seem to function more like robots with no hint of personality and they treated me like part of an assembly line. The doctor did little more than lecture and was not open to answering questions. The receptionist didn't bother to tell me they do not accept my insurance until the end of the visit. Instead of the $15 copay I expected, it cost me $60.
