I was a Belle Nails & Spa's worker. I have seen the owner (Ms. Kim) who neglect one customer for another because one service value was lower then another. Basically, the customer with a manicure on a busy day will be neglected over another customer who wants a pedicure or a full set of nails. Also, she told me to not offer customer certain service (deluxe pedicure) because it was getting busy, which in my perspective is bad service. I believe that all customer should be treated equally no matter the face value of the service or how busy the business is at that time. So, for the owner to do anything different and telling her worker to act in such a way is wrong. As a former worker there, I wish she would change her business behavior and provide a fair service to all customer and employee.
