Slick-talking salesman. They didn't come through on anything they were supposed to. They still have 20% of our stuff and don't have any idea when they can deliver it. Beware of the words overflow truck. Means they can't fit all your stuff on the truck and will deliver the overflow -well, I don't know when. It's been 2 weeks so far and no delivery date set. Rogue !!

I was supposed to have a meeting last Saturday at two to receive an estimate on my cross-country move. The sales rep was a no call, no show. I had to call the main customer service line to find out what happened. The customer service operator was wonderful but I have never received a response from the sale rep or her boss as I was promised and it has been almost a week. They must be making too much money to bother with my $10,000 move.

Initial meetings were positive and a fair quote was provided. However, service in addressing problems arising during and after the move was inconsistent-some representatives of the company were extremely helpful and quick to respond while others were less so(thus the average service rating which isn't fair to the employee who went above and beyond in their assistance). Resolution to issues took time and multiple emails and phone calls, but was ultimately settled. Beltmann seems like a conscientious company and had there not been some service issues, this would have been a trouble-free move. However, if issues arise, settling the problems to resolution may be time consuming.

I recently purchased merchandise from a company who chose to use Beltmann for the delivery of the merchandise....to bad for me Beltmann employee "Lisa" is not very good at returning phone calls. I have tried several times to schedule a delivery time for my items...My calls have been unanswered.
