Based on the reviewes here, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Good quality. The price seemed high and I posted that thought here. The owner called me several times during the week and worked with me to ensure my satisfaction.

these great plumbers helped me understand how solar really works and how much money i could get to pay for my new water heater, they are great and I really do love the solar water heater they put in.

Very pleased - professional service. Company shedule was on time and service was prompt. Mgr called to confirm we were pleased after the service was completed.

I came home to find my water heater had decided to let go and flood my garage. It was late in the day but they came when they said and I had a new water heater in 2 hours. The installers were so nice and courteous plus professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ben Franklin treated me fair, and I never felt like I was being sold anything that I didn't want or need. The technician himself was a stand up guy, and I felt the work completed was well worth the time and money!

We called out BF to do some odd jobs: fix a couple of toilets, and remove an RO system and install a filter instead, to our instant hot water dispenser in the kitchen -- and also put in a new hot water faucet. We were very pleased! The tech came out on time, and did a very nice and neat job. I was impressed how "tidy" everything looked out under the kitchen sink. We will use BF again!

I am a single woman who has to trust repair services completely as I know nothing about house maintenance. The plumber that came was on time, honest and the price reasonable. The work he did was great. I will use this company again.

We recently had to have our water heater replaced and we called B.F. Plumbing after reading all the glowing reviews. We did get a response the same day and the plumber was a nice enough young man. However, we were hit with the "upsell" immediately and incessantly. Can't afford a tankless? No problem he says - "finance it." We mentioned Sears. "You don't know if you're dealing with a felon or a crackhead with them". We sent him on his way with our $59 for the service call. Whatever happened to listening to the customer? We found good service elsewhere. Makes me question the validity of all these reviews.
