After trying to sell me thousands of dollars worth of veneers and mouthwash which I don't want or need, they begged me to write a positive review for them online. HUH?! The older lady at the front office was very abrasive and cold. This is not a place for me or my children!

Dr. Stevens is a great dentist, great touch and very caring - fantastic work. His staff can be rude (Vickie) and billing practices (Vickie) are horrible. Over charging dental insurance and double over charging the patient - saying things like "insurance is confusing'. I have been an insurance broker for over 17 years, I understand insurance. I also understand "In Network" contract agreements and what it means. I know when they are submitting double the in network rate and then passing the difference off to me as if I were a cash patient and NOT billing in-network - which is what I pay for insurance for! Don't get me started on unauthorized charges to bank account which I had to dispute with my bank and replace all of my credit cards so this Vickie didn't keep submitting unauthorized charges of $250 at a time against my bank account. Unfortunately her actions, bad billing practices and cranky attitude have caused my family of 5 patients in total to leave this practice and seek dental care elsewhere.

It is part dental office and part used car sales with a dishonest office manager. My main complaint is with her but she had Stevens' approval. (Is she Stevens' mother? She seemed protective of him) I did some research and found that his office has received many poor reviews from patients. It is a shame too because had they just been fair with me, my family and I would have been long term patients and I never would have found out about all the issues with this office. I made a complaint with my insurance company since their office manager told me one thing, did the absolute opposite, then denied ever saying it.

Love this office and the treatment I received from the moment I called. Dr. Stevens is very gentle and makes sure to explain everything before he starts anything. Vicki, the front office lady answered all my concerns about my insurance. Best service around! Very clean and easy parking. Highly recommend Dr. Stevens!

As a professional I felt like they were totally trying to rip me off!! I have had extremely good dental care my entire life and during this appointment they tried to sell me OVER $850 of extra mouthgards, whitenings, etc... (which by the way, I found out were totally unnecessary) I had called numerous times before my initial appointment and asked, "what will my balance be after the insurance?". I was given an amount and about a month and a half later, it was over double that. When I called to ask a few questions, the woman was NASTY! I will take some blame that I assumed they would be in my network, but why couldn't they mention that in the first place! I called THREE TIMES!!!! And the lady on the phone seemed very aware of that, after the fact. When asked why she didn't tell me in the first place? She talked in circles. The actual Dentist himself? Nothing special. I could just hear the $ adding up when he kept calling out more and more and more numbers (the codes for teeth) finding every little imperfection that he could "fix" or "pretreat".

I highly recommend Dr. Stevens! Great dentist! I have had tons of dental work done in my lifetime and without a doubt Dr. Stevens and his staff are the best around. Thanks Dr. Stevens for taking good care of me and my family!

Office manager overcharged for the crown. I told her I wouldn't owe that much as I had double insurance, but she insisted and I wanted to get it done, so I paid. She said she would immediately refund the balance if I was correct. I told her I met the deductible three months prior on a filling. She said she would wait to collect the deductible until she heard from the secondary insurance. After secondary insurance paid on crown, it proved I overpaid by $170. I tried to get a refund, but she won't stop arguing with me. I showed her the EOB from the filling proving the deductible was met. She said she would refund overpayment. It's been 5 months and still no refund.

They wanted me to have 4 crowns done. I knew that I did not need them so I got another opinion. I was right! I didn't even need 1 crown! The office manager got upset with me when I told her that I was not having the work done. I felt like a punished child!
