We had Bennett move our piano today and also asked them to move our entertainment center while they were here. They showed up on time and were very careful with the piano as well as the entertainment center. Both of the guys (I forgot their names) were very friendly and had the move completed in no time. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

After moving our baby grand piano down a leaf covered hill to a basement at our old home, we asked them this time to move it back up the same hill to bring it to our new home. The guys showed up within the specified 2-hour window. They were friendly and easy to deal with. I was terrified that someone might slip while going up the hill covered in leaves and pine needles. My fears were unfounded. They calmly got it up the hill and onto the truck without incident. There was really nothing to worry about as it was clear that they'd done this many, many times before. The team said that they usually move 3-4 pianos a day and even more on Saturdays. Their experience shows. There is a big difference between a household mover and a piano mover. These guys know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

We had Bennett move our upright upstairs, encountering a narrow landing and two tight turns. They did an EXCELLENT job, they worked so hard, they were efficient, I was very impressed. They were very professional and polite as well. Will definitely recommend them and use again.

Bennett picked up our baby grand piano to store while we had new hardwood floors installed. They delivered it back to our house and during the delivery they dropped it on our new floor, damaging the piano, the piano bench, a harp that was sitting nearby, and of course damaging our new floor. It's now almost 2 months later and we still don't have any of the damage repaired. I called them (they were very curt on the phone) and have written them with no response. It's an almost unbelievable situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. UPDATE -- JANUARY, 2014. . . . Still no contact, have to pay for repairs myself. As of 1/31/14, the Better Business Bureau has assigned a grade of "F" to this company. I really made a mistake using Bennett to move my piano.

To all of our previous and future customers:
We try our best to please everyone, all the time. In all of the years we've been in business...1978... it has never been in our best interest to upset a customer... We understand quality service.
However, there are always two sides of a story... You were not there upon delivery...Nothing was "dropped"...the piano chair was taken that day for repair and nothing was mentioned about the floors or harp until weeks later.
As with any negative narration there are always two sides of the story and your suggestion of you pursuing a legal resolution may indeed be our only option for the removal of this pretentious and brazen negative review.
Four Men & A Smooth Move have used Bennett Piano Movers on numerous moves this past year. It's time I share with you my experiences...PROS, DEPENDABLE, FRIENDLY and VERY REASONABLE RATES! Thanks, Tom Daniel, 4 Men & A Smooth Move, Inc.

The price was great. The workers very knowledgeable of how exactly to disassemble and get my Grand Piano out of a tight spot and into it's new home. Also the workers were also very patient while I determined where I wanted my piano to be in the new home. Would definitely call this company again if I ever need to move again....
