Since the rollout of the new online billpay, I have had nothing but problems..long holds, payees not receiving checks, and multiple requests for service. The clincer is that during this "roll out period" we were promised free check copies of cancelled checks. it took 3 requests, 4 weeks to get my check copies and now they have charged me $24.00 when it was supposed to be free. Run away - run fast.
