I came to this joint b/c a subwoofer had gone out b/c someone hit my car. I was told the geek squad would be able to tell me what to do. I was told that I needed a new subwoofer. I asked are you sure that will fix my problem. Sure enough it DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM. To this day my radio still doesnt play and it cuts off like I told the tech before he suggested a new subwoofer. When I came back to a different tech he told me they would charge me $20.00 for every 15 mins they had to look at it to discover what the problem was. Mind you I told them from the begining what my symptoms were and they have yet to fix the problem. Oh by the way did I forget to mention that within the entire store they only had one set of 12" subs. I am like come on now where they do that at. Wow either Ocala sucks or Best Buy sucks. maybe it's a combo of both. Small town syndrome going on here. Sad!!
