I brought my older HP computer back to this store because it would not start up. I thought they would try to sell me a new computer or make a bunch of excuses up, but to my suprise, the man there helped me get it working. I think they have good service in this store, and wanted to say thank you.

My wife purchased a cd player on a Saturday for my birthday, the following Monday I went there to have it installed. I was the only customer in installation, the technician says it will take about an hour. I ask to use their bathroom which is inside the store visible behind a locked door. The tech says he will have to call someone to unlock , meanwhile another customer enters, he has not even started the installation for me & immediately proceeds to take her order & begin installing her product..I wait 15 minutes ..door to bathroom still locked, fed up I leave .phone store mgr & he seems to care less after I finally get through to him. I returned the cd player & got my money back, funny thing on the way into the store a fellow leaving tells me unsolicited ,"I wouldn't go in there!Lousy customer service!" Bottom line I will never go back,lots of employees standing around with headsets on doing nothing for customers. Did I mention I will never ,ever go back!

This is one of the nicer locations. Also it is located in the huge Fayetteville Pavilion shopping center so it is easy to get what you want on just one trip. The store is bright and spacious. It just looks nice to be there.

Best buy is huge on customer service when you walk in you get greeted by at least 2-3 people. Mainly young men working there so if you are a girl you can believe you will be asked if you need help every 5 minutes. In fact anywhere you go someone is running up to you with a clipboard asking if you want to sign up for somethign with your credit card, some kind of offer. When after being there for 5 minutes looking for what I need and the "rush" of customer service is over , I then find I need help looking for a certain item or info on electronics and can never find anyone to help. I will say they have great prices and a good selection but its annoying getting so much help when you walk in a store bc thats how they train someone but when you need them no one is around.
