Best Buy

if you've seen one, you've seen them all.

This is an average store. It is in a relativly old looking shopping center. Store is kind of old looking, too. It is not as nice as those newer ones. I am guessing it has been opened for a while so not that nice any more.

I purchased a lap top from this Best Buy, and overall it went well. The salesman understood my needs and assisted me in making the right choice. The computer does perform well in the area I requested, running games and media programs, like online movies and music downloads.

Best Buy has been working to improve their image, and many positive changes have been made. However, in two recent visits to two separate Best Buys, including the one listed above, I have been ignored by sales associates and in one case, when I wanted to make a rather expensive purchase, I had to hunt for a supervisor to get someone to make the sale to me. Now I only go to BB when I need something quick and cheap, like a TV remote. BB, we middle-aged adults spend money, too!
