I Use this company for a remodel of my kitchen counters thought I was upgrading from Granite to marble but this has been the most disgusting experience dealing with this company. do not trust Better Homes Cabinet & Granite poor quality service and poor quality product .within three months the supposedly marble began cracking into pieces I contacted them at better homes cabinet and granite asking for repair and they blamed me saying I was at fault for the cracking of the supposedly marble cracking which I am beginning to believe is fake marble Once they receive payment for servivice you can forget any type of cooperation or them taking responsibility for anything going wrong they will blame you the paying customer.

Dont even bother to waste your time. They advertise (all over Craigs List) a big wear-house and you walk into a little sample room. They said we have "Lots " of $100 granite slates, turns out they have 1 color only to get you in the door. What a waste of time and a bunch of liars they are. Would never trust them.

I have used this company on 2 different occasions...first for my kitchen and then for my bathrooms. Jesus did an excellent job on the designs and Raphael was a great installer. The owner of the company is very fair and honest, and I can highly recommend them. They are much cheaper than custom, and a lot quicker. I got their chocolate cabinets and LOVE them.

I called this company and set up a next day appointment with Paul for an estimate for granite countertops in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the laundry area. Next day, Paul completely forgot about the appointment. A week later, Paul shows up. He hands me some samples and starts measuring. As he measures, I explain that we need, in the kitchen, the raised bar to be cut down (drywall structure). He tells me that they cannot do. Than, I start asking how many pieces of granite will there be in one section of the kitchen. He tells me that is none of my business, because they take care of that. He explains that they work with prefabricated granite and not with big slabs. I asked details about the prefabricated granite, since in the 3 previous houses, we worked with companies that use the big slabs. At that point he gets all antsy and obviously unhappy and he asks me if I want him to continue with his measurements because he doesn't want to waist his time with me if I am not into prefabricated granite. How would I even know if I like or not prefabricated granite, if he does not provide details about the final product? I told him that it is his choice if he wants to continue or not with his measurements. And his choice was to pick up his samples and leave. If that is the sales technique, I can only imagine the quality of their work.
