Never finishes a job but leaves lots of evidence: spackle in the toilet, grout on the outside walls (and my neighbors 12 feet away from my house), paint on the brand new wood floors, stove dented from someone standing on it, etc. etc. Cabinet came in three inches (his measurements) too wide and he cut into the OUTSIDE wall to try to make it fit. $400 faucet was installed wrong because he said he couldn't find the directions--they were three feet from the faucet. Mastic adhesive was on front of $17 per 8 square inch tiles. They have to be replaced (and on floor too). Manufacturer of these tiles had a sheet in every box warning that adhesive and grout couldn't be removed without damage, so you should sponge it off immediately. Probably will cost us over $10,000 to fix up his errors and $4000 in materials that have to be replaced. There is so much more. Photos on request.
