Please read this BEFORE you make an appointment. There is not enough room to describe what a horrible experience it was. No follow up what so ever!!! The NP promised to call the Monday after the appointment due to uncertain results on a test. ( Could have been potentially life threatening ) SHE NEVER CALLED!!! After MANY calls and several VM's ( None were returned)I got a call 3 weeks later from the NP and asked why did you not call? She said that she was not going to answer that question!!!! ( make your own assumptions) To top it off they would not give the test results unless you made an appointment. Truly unbelievable!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Biggs for 22 years now. Her office is a very busy successful Internal Medicine practice in Cobb County. I have come to learn over the years that no matter how long you wait for anything in her office, that when you are given the very best medical care there is to receive, and mind you she addresses numerous problems at one time with us at one visit, I know I can depend and trust in her treatment and recommendations. She treats her employees with respect and has a high regard for how her patients are cared for in the office as well. I trust her completely. The office is growing into the 21st century as well with changes. She is one of the brightest and best in Cobb County. You won't find me anywhere else.

I have been to this office several times in the past year. I have continued to go hoping that each bad experience I've had in the past was a fluke, but it seems not. The doctors are nice, but have lost credibility in my eyes due to the fact that their support staff continues to fall short. I have had lab work done several times. Each time it has taken over a month to receive results after multiple phone calls. That is inexcusable. This practice is definitely NOT a good fit for me.

Dr. Biggs is a very personable physician who seems to be knowledgeable, but once you leave her office you may never get your lab results or a reply to your questions if you do not persistently follow up. After several years, I have decided to change physicians in hopes of better and more personal communication.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Biggs and we love her. She takes plenty of time with you, has lots of patience, and is very friendly and willing to listen to anything you have to say or ask. She never makes you feel silly and would rather run tests to err on the side of caution than just blow things off. Highly recommend this dr.
