This is the worst customer service I've experienced in years. I called beforehand to make sure they repair electric mowers... no problem. I was told they would look at it within 2 business days. It has now been 3 weeks. All I know is the owner supposedly was looking at it 1 week ago. I can't get any information when I call. They drop my calls when on hold. The promise to return calls but don't. So I have had to resort to "mowing" my lawn with a weed wacker. I am picking up my mower to take it to a company that cares about their customers.
