Love it here. I read the other reviews and thankful that the management has changed hands. The new company is great. Good value for the money. Fitness center is great, dog park is huge and we have direct access to the Beltline. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I lived in the block lofts. We went on vacation and the property manager went into our apartment and stole all of our belongings. They have refused to return them and threaten to have us arrested if we come on the property or call them asking for them. We have spoken with Hope, Mike McQuistion, Tim Schnieider and Mollie form their corporate office all we get is token threats and run around. WE WERE NEVER EVICTED. Yet the still took our stuff. Liars and thieves is all they are. DO NOT RENT, you may be their next victim.

For the price this is the worse apartment complex I've ever lived in!!! The gates are always broke, constant car break-ins, pool is always dirty, the grill stays filthy and the so called on site police are a joke!

There were / are some good things about this place... they look really nice...the maintenance staff is great (many continue here from the RAM days, also there are not many children. Gables has only added to the decline. I was one of the first tenants to sign here BTW now on to the current and ongoing issues that SHOULD definitely keep you from living here. If you want the bonus of having neighbors that are increasingly young, disrespectful, inconsiderate, uneducated, and ill mannered, this place is for you. If you want to live with all the thugs and drug dealers that can't afford to live at 12, this place is for you. If you like to live in a development where the construction allows you to hear each and every time that your neighbors shut their cupboard doors or take a step, then this is the place for you. If you like a complex that does not enforce the rules of picking up after your dog, not parking in reserved spaces, lack of concern for the quality / socioeconomic level of the clientele, the crime, or how rudely they treat you as their customer, then this place is for you. In regard to the safety concerns the response from Gables to the problems here is that, no one can ensure your safety; which is stated repeatedly in all of their notices of criminal activity or when you approach them in the office with your concerns.

This apartment complex is the worst in the Downtown Atlanta area. It provides the worst customer service and is extremely unsafe for extremely high rents. They treat you great while your are signing the lease agreement and then once the agreement is signed they do not want to do anything for you. We were robbed while living in apartment complex. There were numerous other robberies and auto thefts in the complex and the property management did nothing to correct the problem. Also, The customer service is terrible. The sale representatives act as if you are bothering them if you report a problem with your apartment. I lived there for one year and the apartment complex has steadily gone down hill since the property management changed to Gables Residential. Also, if you have a pet you will be paying an extremely high pet deposit with very little return. We paid a pet deposit of $500.00 of which only $100.00 is refundable. We had no damage to the aprtment and only received 20% of the deposit back. I do not recommend living in this apartment complex due to the extremely high rents, unsafe living conditions, and poor property management. There are better living opportunities that are much more affordable and safer that are available in the Downtown Atlanta area.
