Same old, okay friendly, I just was frustrated when I went to rent and didn't have my card. Since I had not rented there in six months, they tried calling other blockbusters for my records (stupid - can they come up with a better system?). Well, the other stores didn't answer their phone - annoying. So, I had to fill out a form all over again, present my id and credit card information to get a check again, only to receive another worthless Blockbuster card which I'll probably lose right away as well.
