I'm stationed in Afghanistan serving in the US military, and I thought I would try this florist for mothers Day. I was horrified to see the HUGE difference in what my mom actually received compared the bouquet advertised on the website. I have missed mothers day for 3 years now serving my country, and I wanted to do something a little extra special this year. I am so angry that this florist uses such misleading, false photos of their products to basically lie to customers. The ironic thing, is I bet they have a 'support our troops' bumper sticker on their trucks, yet they took advantage of me, and sadly my mother too. I will not be purchasing flowers from this company again, and neither will anyone I know. Ask for a real photograph of your bouquet before you order...

Love this florist! I never use any other florist except blue angel. They work with my budget and always do a wonderful job. They have a great selection and I am always pleased with their work.

I'm from out of town and I found this florist online. I called and was able to get an arrangment delivered the same day and they had exactly what I wanted. This is a very good florist and I recommend them.

My mom received a bouquet of mixed flowers from Blue Angel Parkway Florist that began rapidly wilting within 2 days of delivery. I called on day 5(Friday) to seek replacement & was told to call back for a manager on Monday, which I did. The first manager I spoke with on Monday was very nice but tried to tell me that "flowers were kinda tricky - that they only guaranteed them for about 3 or 4 days". She put the shop owner on the phone who started immediately complaining to me that they could research this but it would take a long time and that some of them had been up since 4am trying to get orders filled. When she heard the street name the owner declared that she'd delivered those herself and then asked me in a very rude tone if I realized what today's date was and told me there was NO WAY they were going to do anything about that this many days after the delivery. I'd already asked her if I couldn't just bring the flowers by her shop so she could see for herself how terrible they looked, which she curtly refused. When she gave me a half-hearted "I'm sorry" I politely explained that I was sorry too but that I would have to tell everyone I know about this and how poorly they'd handled the siuation and to never use their services. The owner tried her best to speak over me the entire time I was saying that and at the end of her babbling had the gall to bark at me "don't you ever call here again" and hung up the phone. And she needn't worry; I wouldn't dream of it.

I have tried all of the florist in town. I heard a good friend of mine tell me to use Blue Angel Parkway Florist, so I did. Not only was I astonished of the amount of flowers that I got for my money but the freshness of the flowers lasted over three weeks. I will be using Blue Angel Parkway Florist from now on.
