Could not have been crueler to us. They will treat YOU, your family & friends, and your pets terribly. Will watch your animals die and laugh while it happens. They will not even allow you into an exam room unless you pay a small fortune up front. Filthy clinic, primitive equipment, inconvenient location, and apparently treats animals terribly behind the scenes. Abused my little brother and our pets. When my parvo puppy came in, they tried to charge us nearly $1000, would not take payments or work with us in any way. They did not care our puppy would die if he did not get help. They would not do ANYTHING - not even the smallest amount of care - without several hundred dollars. My little brother, who was only 10 at the time, created a sign and tried to ask people driving and walking by for help with our puppy. The employes screamed and swore at him and made him stop. They would rather NOT get their money and allow our puppy to die, than for the public to see that they won't help a child with a puppy unless they can get rich off of them. I hope somebody teaches these vile pieces of human debris a lesson for what they did. May they rot in he** forever.

This Vet does a good job of caring for your cat or dog, but they are expensive and I've found that they don't always explain what they are doing. I always feel rushed and not invited to ask questions. For the price you pay, the customer service could be better.
