Daughter spilled a glass of milk all over my 6 month old Macbook. The Apple technician couldn't help me with anything and told me it would be be over $1,000 to get it repaired and it would have to be shipped off. I was concerned about my data and getting my system back up ASAP as I was leaving out of town by the end of the week. Found the guys at bleuhelpdesk. Paid extra for their rush service and got my computer back in 4 days repaired for almost half of what Apple was going to charge. Definitely top-notch service, won't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

The guys at Blue Helpdesk went more than the distance in my fight with Dell in getting a 100% working hard drive after Dell sent 2 bad ones. They advocated for me with Dell after my frustration became overwhelming, installed the drive, and then continued to help me with other peripheral issues that came up after I had issues installing various software. They are professional, thorough in their diagnostic process, really understand the issues above and beyond and finally, they are HONEST. Can't beat that. They are my "Go To" guys for computer repair now and in the future. Thanks guys at BLUE!

It is hard to find excellent computer support help. However, I have found Blue Helpdesk. They are not geeks. They are highly knowledgeable computer professionals. I use them like they are on my IT team. I would say they are the best I have found, and I recommend them.

I took my Apple I Mac to Blue Help Desk for a hard drive failure. Note: They have an Apple logo in the window but they are NOT CERTIFIED to work on Apple products. I made the big mistake of leaving it with Blue Help Desk anyway. I discovered on line that I had 2 weeks left on an extended warranty. I asked Blue Help Desk to box it up and paid the $50. Diagnostic fee. (They wanted $700!!! to replace the hard drive.) I took the I Mac to a certified Apple Mac repair shop where they found Blue Help Desk had damaged the V-Sync cable and did not put back some of the screws around the screen bezel. (It had never been open before, bought new.) Because of Blue Help Desk careless damage to the I mac the Apple warranty was void. Long story - .because of the added cost I ended up having to buy a new I Mac. I learned a lesson that day. Unprofessional quality and very high repair cost. I will always take it to a certified Apple shop first, for any repair needs.

We are also upset that you did not have a satisfactory experience. We always advise our clients to complete warranty repairs through their respective manufacturers. If your reason for bringing in your system to us was due to a hard drive failure as you stated above, a diagnostics would not be needed, as the problem with your iMac would be obvious. Our repair prices are listed clearly on our website and we have never quoted a client the absurd amount of $700 for a hard drive replacement. iMac V-sync cables cost approximately $17 and we would have gladly replaced this for you (free of charge) if we were at fault. Unfortunately, these issues were never presented to us prior to this posting. If this incident truly did occur, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may try to rectify the situation.
In an age where mediocrity is the norm, it was a refreshing to experiences Blue Help Desk. THEY DELIVERED what they said and completed the work WHEN they said it would be done. I had out of warranty work done on my Acer 500 tablet, a mission critical tool in my day to day business operations. The repaired within the business day. I recommend Blue Help Desk. T. D. I was having problems with my computer on a Sunday. I called Blue Helpdesk after 4pm, when they were supposed to be closed and they answered the phone. It's a work computer so they understood my urgency to get the computer fixed as soon as possible. They offered to stay open until I arrived. They waited 45 minutes for me to show up and their customer service was excellent as usual. I have used them a number of times before and I wouldn't trust anyone else to fix my computer with all the sensitive information I have on my computer. By Monday morning (when do they sleep?), they had a diagnosis of the problem and a number of solutions. They recommended the best solution and then got to work. There were updates throughout the day regarding what was going on and phone calls to confirm information, rather than just making assumptions and fixing the computer only to lose important information I need. By Tuesday evening they had fixed all the problems, put in a new hard drive, reinstalled the programs and moved all my information (again when do they sleep?). I believe they are the best, and if you go anywhere else you will be disappointed. Thanks again for fantastic service as usual, and making my computer problem not feel like a problem at all.

These guys Rock!! I recommend them 100% for jobs small and large. I had a hard drive nightmare (PC wouldn't boot all way, error msgs) on my Dell Latitude which I use for work. Having used Blue Helpdesk in the past they were the first folks I contacted. This was an emergency for me as I had a presentation the following afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem, were able to replace the hard drive and get my laptop back to me the very SAME DAY! Needless to say, I owe them a debt of gratitude. I have used Blue Helpdesk for my business and Personal IT needs and will continue to use them.

I had a very bad experience with Blue Help Desk. First of all their prices are very high. I went for the first time to Bluehelp desk for repairing my broken power adaptor. They charged $50 for initial diagnosis and another $125 for fixing. They fixed it but right after 4 months, my harddrive crashed. I again went to Bluehelp desk and they replaced it with a new hard drive. They charged $50 for diagnosis and $300 for replacing. After 3 months, the windows was not booting up at all. This time I went to Staples. They diagnosed and found out a hard drive failure.I went back to blue help desk expecting a warranty service on the broken hard drive which they replaced 3 months back. But I was told that their warranty period is just for 30 days.I've never heard in my life that a hardware has 30 day warranty. They were not even ready to listen to me. They were asking for a re-diagnosis which costs $50 and then another charge for fixing the problem. The warranty period was not at all taken into consideration. I left the place with sheer anger and frustration.

Fantastic service! They keep you updated every step of your repair. For starters, they are uber professional and responsive. Unlike most repair shops, their office (which is a retail location) isn't a dingy and dusty repair shop. It looks like an actual office, kind of like a doctor's office. They even make you sign their form with your finger on an iPad. Anyhow, I brought in my MacBook Pro after it crashed and my data was inaccessible/damaged. I explained to them what happened & that I needed my Mac back as soon as possible - it is my work computer. After they completed their diagnosis, they had to replace my hard-drive and were able to restore all of my data and settings. I brought it in on a Tuesday morning and had it back early the next day. I was very pleased and the final price was very fair. I will be using them again and would highly recommend.

I went to them to remove a virus. Some aspects of the virus was gone so my computer was again operable. However, it was far from completely removed. I could not relinquish my computer again for a couple of weeks so they would not finish fixing it. I paid way too much at this place for the service I received. I would never go there again.

We are also upset that you did not have a satisfactory experience. We stand by all of our work and that is why we offer a 10-day warranty on all software repairs including virus removals. Unfortunately, accessing unsafe peer-to-peer file sharing sites, (i.e. Limewire, uTorrents) can and more likely than not, will infect your computer. We ask our clients not to access those sites if they wish to keep viruses and malware off of their computer. We would be glad to remove the viruses off of your computer again and explain in more detail the dangers of accessing torrent sites. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information and we will see how we can best remedy your situation.
As the owner of a small client driven business; I am keenly aware of the importance of knowledge of product and service to clients. After two computer repair shops gave up on rescuing our system from a destructive and invasive virus...Blue Helpdesk did what others could not. Our extensive database was secured and transferred to a new version and new computers...no small project. Work was done in a timely fashion and all the while I was kept abreast of what was being done. Commuication was clear (understandable) and patiently presented. The fees charged were more than reasonable and follow-up suggestions and recommendations were thoughtful and useful. While we are not close to their shop...the peace of mind is worth the drive. We are happy to unconditionally recommend this team (Lucien & Mesbah).

I am sure these guys are great with individuals, people that might walk into to get something done with their PC or Mac. Their tech, Lucien is very good, HOWEVER, when it came to working with my business in a critical environment with multiple details they fell short, didn't complete many installations, didn't do what they said they would do on our agreed schedule, acted like we were the ones with an attitude when connections and printers and IP addresses where not set right and tested and demanded payment before the work was complete without any acknowledgement that it wasn't done and no offer to remedy it. When asked for businesses references they had none. Simply put they are boys, very smart boys who have not yet gotten the negative and destructive impact their lack of integrity and complete work being done on time can have on business. So, trust them with your personal single PC. Use them at great risk for business.

These guys are great at customer service and keep up-to-date with technology. I did find the cost for my repair quite pricey, but I would no doubt return if I ever need help again because I think they know what they are doing and that gave me peace of mind.
