I bought the car here and come here for service. I was not really happy with the purchase experience but was very happy with the service experience until recently. We used to get Trudy as our service rep and I'm always happy with her. In my last 2 service, I did not make an appointment and just came in as a walk-in since I was just getting an oil change. Trudy was busy so I got the next available guy named Bob. On my first service with Bob. He told me that the new brakes put in by PepBoys are incompatible with the Toyota rotor and must be replaced immediately. He mentioned that he hears loud noise when a brake is applied. I told him no thanks and that not to touch the brakes as I have not experience anything that he was telling me. He also mentioned other services needed that I don't think necessary. Last week I came as a walkin again. Bob was the first to show up and immediately he mentioned that my tire needs to be replaced. I looked at the tire and it still have some life on it. He asks me to come with him and he told me that I needed to do the 75,000 mile service. I told him that my care is at 70,000. I can do the 75,000 service on my next visit. He then say that Engine and Cabin filter needs replacement. I told him, that I replace my own filters and rotate my own tires. He was not happy with my answer and he quoted me with $40 for a simple oil change. I told him that I will just come back next time and I walked away.

Bob Baker Toyota tried to screw us over when we bought our car and again when I tried having it serviced there. I went to have an oil change done and they told me I had a cracked serpentine belt and a leaking tentioner. Now according to my mechanic brother in law, neither of those CAN leak and after looking at it for himself said that everything looked like new and there was no need to replace any of it. It was going to be $300 worth of work and that was with them "cutting me a deal". Watch out for them. Especially if you are a woman!

I love this dealership. I was sold a HORRIBLE vehicle and owed way too much on it and this dealership paid it off to give me a fresh start and get into a reliable vehicle! Their service is appreciated.

I had a terrible experience buying from this dealership, in fact I had to use three different salespersons PLUS a manager ... but once the car was purchased, I have been nothing but pleased with the service department - they calculate your mileage and call to remind you that service is due and offer you money-saving specials at the same time. The service is fast, friendly, and a good deal for the money. I like knowing all the service records for my car are in one place, and I've recommended the service department several times. The lower rating (2 Stars) is due to the lousy sales department (sorry, Service Department).

Very happy with the customer service. Finance guy was very friendly, very helpful. Great place to go! You can tell that the management expects a lot out of everyone who works there.
