I recently purchased a dryer belt from Bob's on the advice of a friend that was my problem. Upon learning problem was different, tried to return unoped belt. I was told no returns accepted. No signs were posted, it was however written on my receipt that I admit I did not notice. Asked if I could trade for part I needed, a fuse, but was flatly denied. I will never purchase from there again, even if lowest price. Customer service means something to me.
