I have tried repeatedly to loose weight and have failed. After working with Fadi's MFS system, I have come to realize that a nutrition alone will not bring lasting results. What actually is needed is a life-style change which includes the right mind set, knowledge of nutrition, cardio, functional training, strength training and system support. I am 43 years old and I never in a million years imagined that I would be able to change the shape of my body. I now have curves that I did not even have at the age of 25 and about 50 pounds lighter. Many people think that their bodies are genetically fixed. That is just not true. Fadi has made a true believer out of me. I found Fadi to not only to be one of the best trainers but also workout partners i have ever worked with. He will push you to your limits. I went to Fadi wanting to enter my first Body Building compitention in June of 2005. I started out at 215LBS and after 8 short weeks of training everyday with him i was down to 192 pounds by the day of my contest. The title "your body will adapt" is o so true. I learned this early in high school with one of my coaches that worked with me in strenth training for football. HE taught me that if you do the same movement or exercise everyday your body will adapt. Fadi never lets your body adapt to the same workout which works best for building lean muscle mass and for quick and fast results.

This is an excellent site that can help people get in shape. It gives you 24/7 access to fitness trainers and great nutritional advice. This includes personalized grocery lists and meal plans. Plus, there's great cardio and weight training exercises. Overall this is an excellent site to help people get fit and feel healthy.

Here is my story - I was 45,I wasn't overweight A 5 "1 and 107 pounds,I wore a size 4P. I ate a balanced diet & weighed and measured everything I put in my mouth to keep me from gaining weight.I would join health clubs,but it was always the same old thing..."trainer" would show how to use equipment.I would stick it out a month, see no result, get frustrated and quit. I thought if I am going to go to all the effort to work out,I want to get the maxim results for my efforts. So I decided to hire a professional with a proven track record.A friend told me Fadi is the best..I now know he really is the best! I had friends working out with other trainers they didn't get as good a results as I did.First of all Fadi is a super guy.I looked forward to seeing him for my AM workouts. His workouts were challenging but realistic, never boring. He changes the routines and has fun with it. I'd never participated in sports or weight lifting. I was very green but he very patiently taught me to use the proper form while exercising to maximize the results. Lifting weights strengthened my bones (I am the poster child for osteoporosis) increased my muscle mass which improved my posture, firmed up my muscles and increase my metabolism, which made me leaner and more muscular.I went from a size 4 pants to a 0.I have taken up running, I am really amazed at how agile and strong I am.I discovered I am athletic, a talent I didn't know I had. I look better and feel great!

I have been one of Fadi's clients since the beginning of 07 and not only has my physique completely transformed but he rehabbed my knee dislocation injury. I have worked out with many trainers before but none of them were as forward thinking as Fadi and had as much in depth knowlege of fitness and nutrition. Not only did he customize my diet plan according to the foods that I enjoyed but he also integrated agility training with bands, hurdles, plyometrics, weights and cardio. When I started training with Fadi six months ago, I weighed about 182 pounds of which 17 percent was body fat. He helped me to convert my fat into lean muscle, and for the first time in all my years of working out, I began to see the beginnings of washboard abs! I've never looked better. I began with weight training 3 days a week and slowly included cardio workouts on my days off, doing 20 minutes a day at first and working up to about 40 minutes. After a few weeks, Fadi consulted with me on my diet and recommended some changes to include the perfect balance of proteins, low-glycemic carbs and good fats. He also started me eating six properly balanced meals a day designed around my personal goals. I no longer consider myself to be "on a diet." As Fadi often says, this is a lifestyle change that I will continue forever! Between my strength-training routines, my new diet and 2 - 3 days of cardio a week, I experienced a dramatic increase in my energy, my strength and tone. I feel better about myself, too, especially because I know that I'm taking time to do something good for myself. The last time I had my cholesterol measured, my cholesterol has gone from 214 to 116. I started training with Fadi in November of 2006. I had taken off 10 years of lifting weights and excersing when I stopped playing college football. Fadi has changed everything; how to eat, cardio, and weight train. I have lost 30 lbs and 5 inches off my waist in 4 months. Fadi pushes each of his clients that best fits there level. I wish I had started years ago!!

I have worked out for many years, using personal trainer(s) several times to update, enhance and further workouts. After training with Fadi for a month, I can honestly say I would never use another personal trainer. Fadi is VERY knowledgeable and keeps training fun and interesting. I have made significant progress and can see VERY positive results from changes in diet, nutrition, training, and focus. If you're looking for the best, I definitely recommend Fadi. He's the best!

I started working with Fadi in May 2006. I began to see results within the first month, including weight/fat loss, increased energy and strength. With Fadi's help and expert knowledge of nutrition and fitness training, I lost 37 pounds in six (6) months. Over a 5 month period, I went from a dress size 16 to a size 4. Fadi tailored a fitness program to fit my level of fitness while challenging and shocking my body into burning fat and building muscle. Fadi continues to challenge me each week and has helped me to EXCEED my initial goal and acheive results I never thought I could achieve. Fadi took someone who was basically, physically and nutritionally lazy (Me) and without having to sacrific effort, made it fun, important, flexible and straight-forward for me. I'm a 40 year old actor and I can say for the first time in my life...I'm in good shape. Because Of Fadi, I eat right and work out regularly... Dropped 13lbs of body fat, waist went from 34 to 31,and I feel great. He keeps it interesting

I met Fadi about five months ago. I had been trying to work out, and had just no knowledge of how to use the equipment properly. After talking with Fadi, I started training with him, and I started seeing improvement immediately, both in the structure of my body, my energy level, and my strength. I can lift probably 4 to 5 times what I could when I met him, and I feel so much better about myself. I have lost 5" in my waist, without loosing any weight. One more note, 1 year ago, I had surgery for cancer, January 2005, and just to add to his difficult task, I am 56 years old. Fadi is a miracle worker, he makes working out seem like just another part of your day, while he is really giving you all the necessary training to make your body at the peak of its capabilities. I look so forward to my workouts. Fadi has totally changed my life, and I wish I had a way of saying thank you, but somehow that just doesn't seem like enough. If you want to be in the best shape of your life and have a complete nutritionist at the same time, come and see Fadi!!!!!

I have been training on and off for about 15 years now, but never achieved the results I wanted. With my goal being to body build, I was always skeptical of personal trainers as many I've encountered don't really appear to know what they are doing. They just apply "standard" programs dictated by the gym they work for. For years, I ate relatively healthy, read a lot, thought I was training correctly, but to no avail. I have been training with Fadi for just 5 weeks now, and am astounded how much I've learned in that time, and the results I'm starting to see in such a short period. Workouts are fun, ever-changing, and also rigorous. I always leave knowing I accomplished something. I literally can't wait for my next workout, and miss them on the days I rest. Fadi is outgoing and energetic, and will push you to your limits. He has helped me to revamp my diet, continues to improve my form in the gym, and takes a genuine interest in me reaching my goals. No matter what your goals are (be it weight loss, general fitness improvement, whatever), he will develop an individualized program for you. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone. If you decide to train with him, I can assure you that you will enjoy it, and you will not regret it.
