At first glance body design seemed like your typical relaxing day spa. Ya, that lasted about a minute. The receptionist had an arrogant smirk on her face from the second i walked in. She was poorly trained, had no clue who i was or where i was in the appointment book. And come on!... when your working in an "up - scale day spa", at least try and pretend you know basic english and cut back on the urban slang. Being a white women , I also felt very uncomfortable after hearing one of the previous costumers refered to as a cracker. Next time they whisper behind a door, they should make sure its closed all the way. There were piles of dust on everything, from the corners of the floor to the top of the display shelves. Which didnt appear to get better through out the rest of the spa. I was there for a consultation for botox. After speaking with the owner, i believe, i quickly changed my mind. She didnt seem so confident about what she was going to be doing. And couldnt give me a straight answer on anything. It really is sad, because it could have potential to be a banging buisness. With different employees, different attitudes and a maid this place might have a shot. My advice stay away!!!
