I got the 1 yr VIP pkg,was promised a copy of my contract(I wasn't given a copy or allowed to take the one I signed)on my next visit.MONTHS go by with me asking almost every visit about it(runaround)I got it when I ran into the owner one day..A day where the bed I wanted was once again out of service for an indeterminate amount of time. A big hole in the ceiling for months with a bucket right in the tanning room.Probably still there. Threadbare towels ,Sometimes NO towels.Weak bulbs half the time..No replies to any messages sent by e-mail to corporate about contract or now, cancellation.(sent last week, spray tan broken again, had enough. Finally a call today from "Head of Corporate"(after the girl at the salon said SHE'D send an e-mail)who talked over me,was not interested in reading my email I sent.Recited to me to use the stand or spray bed.I just had spinal surgery, and spray bed is not working.I asked her to read my mail she talked over me again. To tell me I am bound by contract.I'll pay the 200 "fine" for not tolerating poor service exchange.Just be warned TROPICAL PKWY STORE SUCKS and corporate does not CARE what you think or want.Don't waste your money...go somewhere else.Summerlin salon, great place. Can't speak for the rest.I won't pay for the gas to go to Summerlin..Pay for what you're getting.Even the employees go to the Summerlin store for the spray tan,and beds. a.Girl working today says she's NEVER seen the bulbs changed.Be WARNED.

What can I say - these guys are the worst at EVERYTHING. I signed up for them a few months ago. The prices were pretty high, but it was close to work so I did it anyways because it was close to work. There's so much wrong with this place: 1. When I signed up, they took my credit card and were supposed to charge it for $85. But they charged me $85 + $67. So I attempted to contact their billing dept - this girl (devon or deb I think) is NEVER there. She is always in "corporate meetings" - right. Don't bother leaving your #, you will not get a callback - ever. 2. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of billing I gave up and just filed a dispute on the overcharge with my bank and got my money back that way. 3. I tan there 2-3 times a week. I use their level 4 bed, this is supposed to be their best bed and the reason you pay the big $ for the level 1-4 membership. Well, the only L4 bed they have there has a huge crack on the bottom where you lay, so when you're tanning and you shift around a bit, it doesn't feel pleasant. In fact, if you're not aware of it, it would probably cut you pretty good. 4. Month 2 comes, I expect a $54 charge (per our agreement) - nope $77. I think they just make #'s up. I call in to ask what procedure to cancel is. They tell me to send email to corp. I did that and no response over 3 weeks ago. I reported my cc lost so I got a replacement since I know they would try to charge again. Avoid this company like the plague.

Be careful - when they input your payment on a credit card they input an incorrect expiration date and then charge you for insufficient funds charges even though you have adequate funds in your account.
