They are the worst company ever! They are fasely advertising as being accredited by the better business bureau. This is a lie. In fact there are several complaints filed against them. The only reason why i chose them was because they were accredit by BBB. They were 5 hours late for my job. I was scheduled from 11-1 they showed up at 6:10. No one ever called me even when they promised to call me back. I got the run around all day. I was forced to use their storage facility because by now mine would be closed. I was promised by their manager jorge that I would only be charged for the time it took load the truck. They eneded up charging me for an additional hr because there is a 3 hr minimum. I spoke to Jorge and he threatened to throw my stuff on the street if I didn't pay the full amount. I called the next day telling them I wanted my stuff and they told me they didn't have any time this week to move it. I had to call a lawyer to get involved. Don't ever use this company!

I used Boston Express Movers for my recent interstate move and I must say it was a mixed experience. The people were really nice but are not very organized. First, I think this was their first interstate move. The DOT number on their documentation is invalid. They have a new number which recently licensed interstate moves. Their insurance carrier didn't even cover them for interstate moves. After frequent complaints, I was told the day before my mover that their info wasn't updated with the insurance carrier. I was told that I would be called back soon with the updated info but never got a call until I called the next week.I was on a tight schedule and had to leave, so I had to take a risk.Secondly,I was moving an expensive mattress and I was told that my mattress would arrive in a mattress box.The driver told me it was in the warehouse and that they would pack it there. Contrary to what the packer told me, I wrapped my mattress in a couple of sheets. The mattress arrived without a box and the shrink wrap torn in places. My sheet was all that protected the mattress. When I called the dispatch after the delivery, I was told that I didn't pay for a box and they didn't have any in stock. I was assured by the mover that it would be packed.Credit to the individuals that my mattress was safe. I must say that their quote was pretty accurate.I didn't have much stuff and was around their minimum move requirements.Make sure you get everything in writing though and that they pack onsite
