Dr. Cross took his time to help me with my annual check-up and then when I had an eye infection. Thankful to have found him. His staff worked with my insurance company so I didn't have any issues or concerns. Very personable staff and will not return to the three or four other eye docs I have bounced between in the previous years.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cross and his practice. We had a bad experience at Four Eyes in Marietta and were desperate to find a Dr. who cared about his patients. Dr. Cross is thorough in explaining what he is doing as he goes along. He will talk to your child on their level to make sure they understand what he is doing and why. He puts them at ease and makes them feel comfortable as he checks their eyes. He will explain your insurance and what is covered and what is not and helps you make the best decision. He never pushes you to spend more money then you need to. I would highly recommend Dr. Cross and his practice to everyone! Keep up the great work and the great customer service!

I first met Dr. Cross when he was working out of the Kennesaw WalMart. The service and follow-ups were far and above better than what I was used to with the "Big Name" in Marietta. Ten+ years later, the committment to my eye-health, concerns, and wallet have kept me with Dr. Cross. I've never, EVER had a problem with getting an appointment.

i jus found out my babe has to wear glasses. went on a wild search to find the perfect frame. called five places to find Mira Flex frames and only four people had them. Some places started off at $199. for a child frame i say. the manufacturer doesn't even charge them close to that amount for the frame. Dr. Cross office was the ONLY place to have them for $99. and not only that, but they had the frame in stock so i didn't have to wait for the frame to come back. they were very professional and courtious. they close at six. but even though they close at six and it was a lil before six when we came i didnt feel rushed or hurried to make a decision. the point im trying to make it that they didn't act as if they had been there all day and wanted to hurry home. they were concerned about me as i was my child. i will only go there to buy my baby glasses and mine. i'm just glad to have found them.

Dr. Cross is very knowledgeable and professional. Anything you need will be done in a competent manner. Office staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Notably Wanda and Arleen. Kymberly is often stand-offish, and can even come across as unfriendly. But you can always expect to receive quality care and treatment at this office.

Eye Exams are Dr. Cross's specialty. Which is a good thing since that's where it all starts from. Dr. Cross was thorough and very methodical to make sure each one of my family members got the right diagnosis and treatment for their specific situation. Marietta has many choices for Optometrists. However if you want to be treated as a person and not some billable entity to submit to the insurance company, then Dr. Cross is the right Optometrist in Marietta for your family too.

New Dr. for me after 8 years. I was a little nervous. Great experience. Kathy, Wanda and the Doc were great and so personable. I never felt rushed. Couldn't be more pleased. Pleasant atmosphere. I felt welcome in the office. I feel I also got great service and product for a great price. I won't be going anywhere else. Highly recommend Dr. Cross and his staff.

Tried to make an appointment for my children, was told Dr Cross only takes 2 family members a day, I needed appointment for 3 kids. Dr Cross was nothing but RUDE, though one of my children has been there 2x. He told me to go to Wal Mart and he does not care if I go somewhere else. Rude and mean on the phone. Shocking someone like this can run a practice.

I have found the review process on Kudzu to be useful for expression of good or bad treatment, services, or products. This review originates from an office policy that is in place at Eyes on Providence to protect our patient care quality and profitability. The policy is unique in that we schedule one new patient per hour, in order to provide the best possible examination and customer service. The policy states that we will schedule two family members consecutively on one day and one or more on another day. If a family of three or more schedule three hours of appointment slots and have a family emergency, and have to cancel, three hours of no patients or profit for the business occurs, which has resulted in this policy. It is the practice of staff of Eyes on Providence to always consider special circumstances and have have daily emergency appointments available on our schedule as well. When personally interviewing or calling businesses for services or health care providers, it is good practice to inquire as to the hours, scheduling practices as well as the education of the provider until finding the one who meets your needs. In the occasion a business does not meet my or my family's needs, it is not my practice or responsibility to dispute with a receptionist who is doing her job in enforcing a policy. It is not typical that I would take up an excessive amount of time expressing my disappointment and pleading to be the exception to the policy, or make demands to speak with the Doctor or owner interrupting patient care or other duties. Dr. Cross has taken calls such as these, his goal is to consider each patient's needs as well as safeguard members of his staff. At Eyes On Providence, (Bradley Cross OD) our goal is to care for our patients as individuals and protect their time with the Doctor and the Technicians. We will go out of our way to make a pleasant, positive experience. The reaction of this person was certainly extreme and policy was upheld to protect the quality of care for our entire family of patients. We are a caring, personable, accommodating practice,and like most businesses have policies in place to preserve the practice and serve our patients the best way we can.
We found Dr. Cross through our insurance. Four Eyes had impersonal service and quite honestly a staff that didn't care. Tried a Walmart vision center and then found Dr. Cross. We will follow him wherever he goes. Nice formal office with a personal and friendly staff. He is very thorough and friendly. Prices are relative to everyone else. Service is great.

I had a bad experience with a LensCrafters location last year and decided to try a new optomitrist. Bradley Cross was very professional and courteous. I had no wait time, and there was no pressure to purchase lenses or glasses directly from their shop. I ended up getting my trial contacts from them and new lenses to install in my existing frames. They installed the lenses when they arrived and the glasses came out great!
