The attention and communication Braselton Homes gave us was phenomenal...... Till they handed us the keys. I have been dealing with home warranty issues since December 2011 and it is now August 2012. DAN RAMIREZ who is Braseltons warranty supervisor and the guy that seems to call all the shots for Braselton has the worst business and work ethic I have even encountered. He will not answer your calls or emails. I have taken the equivalent of 3 weeks off of work in the past 7 months to deal with warranty issues. Dan failed to show up to three of these appointments he made with me and had no issues rescheduling with me while ignoring my complaints and comments that I could not afford to miss anymore work.My problems started with a leaky roof that I had to make temp. Repairs to myself due to them not having anyone available for 2 weeks (3 storms passed though during these three weeks) I am down to Sheetrock repairs, and other misc. issues around the house. It's been 7 months of this!
