Contacted Braun design to consult on a remodel. The initial consultation came of as confrontational and at times aggressive, but I hoped their "work" would speak for itself. After reluctantly deciding to pay a retainer for initial design plans, it became difficult to get a return call or schedule an appointment to meet. Once a date was settled on the owner failed to call me back as promised to set a time. It was obvious that this lack of specificity and attention would be a problem in the midst of such a large project. Other issues included paying their hourly rate for them to travel to and from the job site and a set of passive-aggressive emails from them after they were told their services were not needed. Callous hubris seems to outshine ability and customer service.
