please never shop here. look up other reviews on the Better Business Bureau, insiderpages, citysearch, and even azcentral has run a story about them. their business practices are unethical.

I had a few referals to Bridal Couture from friends that said they had a great selection...which they do. I purchased a very expensive gown from the shop in the beginning of January 2007. The estimated date they gave me for receiving my gown was May 28th, 2007. It is now July 3rd, 2007 and my wedding dress has still not arrived. I have called weekly for about six weeks with no phone calls returned. I have also gone into the shop every week for the past six weeks and not a single person can tell me when I can expect a wedding dress. At one point, the women could not even find a record of my purchase on file. When I called to get the situation sorted out the sales person hung up the phone on me. The women that work there have NO clue about customer service and have been rude to me with each interaction. I would never recommend that anyone go to this bridal shop. Getting married is supposed to be fun and exciting. I am one month away from my wedding and I still don't have a dress. After spending thousands on a dress at Bridal Couture I am being forced to wear a gown off the rack...

Great selection so I bought my dress here. A complete nightmare afterwards. They forgot my appointment more than once, and didn't make me feel very important when I was there. Always too busy for me it seemed. Alterations were not to my liking either, but refused to let me get my money back and go elsewhere for alterations.

Initially my experience at this store was ok. I looking for the perfect wedding dress, the service was pretty good while they were trying to sell me a dress, but once I purchased the dress of my dreams the nightmare began. I purchased a very expensive wedding dress from this store, it was a lot more money than I had planned on spending but I absolutely loved the dress. After I agreed to purchase the dress I was told I could make payments on it I just had to put $500.00 down, which I did. Once that money was received their customer service went down hill fast. They called me two weeks later asking for another payment and said I had to pay the entire dress off in 30 days. To me 30 days is not a payment plan especially for that high of a priced item. After several calls to them I was able to get it extended to 6 weeks. When I ordered the dress I was told they would order me a fabric swatch for matching purposes, which I still have never received almost one year later. Every time I would call them to find out the status of my swatch they would not answer the phone at all, not return my calls or have no idea where my swatch was. The ladies there were very rude to me when I went in to pay my second payment as well. When I scheduled my appointment to get my dress altered it took two weeks of calls with no returned calls to get the appointment. Due to there poor service I have now decided to take my alteration business elsewhere. I would not recommend them to anyone.
