I was looking for a certain bridesmaid dress. I called them to see if they had it, and was told they would call me back. I went in, and told them I never received a call, she told me she left a message and I was wrong (in a rude tone). She probably called the wrong number, but the customer should be right. Cell phones don't lose messages. She was rude and fussy, and I felt I was in her way. I had to wait around for a bride to finish trying on dresses - I had ONE dress to try on. After I finally tried it on, I left quickly because I wouldn't give that woman my business.
