Had I known about Kudzu & been able to read the other posts about this day care facility, I would have saved myself $500 & a lot of heart ache. The owner/director is deplorable. She does not care about the children at all or the concerns of parents; only getting a check. Any concern that you voice is met with sarcasm & attitude. My son was there for a total of 3 days & every day he was there, something was wrong. He had a different teacher each day & no one seemed to know what was going on. They lost his clothes & two out of the 3 days, they served him Pop Tarts for breakfast...I don't have anything against Pop Tarts in general, but to serve them to a 2 year old as breakfast?...that leaves something to be desired. By the 3rd day, I had had enough & wanted to withdraw him. The owner/director was not at all willing to discuss anything & would not bend about the $ part either. She took me into her office, proceeded to lock the door & immediately got in my face. She told me she didn't care about what had happened in those 3 days & that if I didn't pay for the tuition being charged, she would take me to court! (There is a 2 week withdrawal period that you have to pay for + the actual days he was there). I thought that maybe she would be a little understanding, seeing how my son was there for such a short time, but no. She just wants your money. Don't take your kids to this place...it's awful! Looks are definitely deceiving!

Although the center is clean, the care of the children is very questionable. Once enrolled they did nothing the way they said they did. The children were a number there and it was apparent that the owner didn't really care. The most disturbing times were when I would stop in at random times to check on my child. She was miserable there. I would never take my child back there!

This is a beautifull facility, but looks are deceiving. The director and her mother have no professional background in child care and early education, which explains the constant chaos. My child attended there and started having behavioral issues due to the acceptance of disfunctional behavior he witnessed at Brightview. The director's children are some of the most problematic of all, so there is no rectifying the problem. There is an extremely high turnover of employees which is a very disruptive issue to small children who excel in stable, safe, controlled and secured environments. This daycare is a wolf in sheep's clothing, don't be fooled by its pleasing apprearance. A Loving Mom.
