The salesman lied, the tech couldn't figure out the home's existing system, alarm sound was faint and monitoring was spotty at best. Long term contract and high monthly monitoring payments. Upon install this company did not change out the window contacts because the windows wouldn't open. We explained that new window would be installed this spring and we were told that was no big deal, just buy the service plan for an additional $5; fast forward 6 months; New windows get installed and Brinks wants to charge $75.00 for each window contact (22 windows) and that maintenance fee every month doesn't cover it! It was cheaper for us to buy out our contract at $850 then to have new contacts installed. What a waist and a rip off! Buyer Beware!!!! I sure do wish we had been.

Great system, great value. Very easy to use and they call quickly anytime the alarm goes off. Great explanation of the system when they first install. Pretty decent price.
