I have had no small amount of dealings with Cassandra Hennis and I can say with no hesitation that she is professional and friendly. If we were planning to rent our house out, we'd definitely choose the Salt Lake BMG office to manage it.

After dealing with a property manager in the past who was essentially a slum lord. I was worried about getting involved with another. After seeing the house we were in love with it though so we went ahead with it. They have been the best landlords we have ever had, immediately fixing any problems we had, being there anytime we had a question, and most recently even providing us with a window unit when the temperature sky rocketed. I have a baby in the house, and it's nice to know they are looking out for us like that. If you are in an area where they do business, rent from BMG, you won't regret it!

We had a problem with a drawer that fell of track and would not go back on. When we called someone must have already been close by, they were there in a few minutes. The repair was simple for him to complete and he was on his way. Glad to have that repaired though, thanks!

I have dealt with Bristlecone Property for several years and I am always amazed at how diligent and professional they are. I have been fortunate to have them looking out for my condo and I couldnt ask for better management.

The fees that were charged were never a surprise and we knew what to expect. they made the process simple for us and made sure we had good renters in there quickly. We were able to handle everything in a few phone calls. I am so glad they have that website, very good looking helpful site.

Excellent management and an even a better group of people. Not only do they take care of our property wonderfully, but they also take the time to participate in a charity that helps our community. We couldn't be happier with Bristlecone.

You folks have done great with the property considering the tough situation you started. Me working on the other side of the country and the bad housing market have made things difficult. You all have made is easier on us and provided great stress relief.

Starting from a tough situation with a bad housing market and a job on the other side of the country, my situation is far from ideal but the stress relief BMG provides is huge to me. They have been refreshing to deal with and I am looking forward to the coming years as a customer. re

Bristlecone's response time to work orders is absurd. The average is days and weeks, not hours. Even if the problem may cause damage to the property. They don't seem to care. Their work ethic is severely lacking. When they finally do get around to fixing something, it's a half-hearted job. They are the epitome of the stereotypical management company. It's a shame they don't take more pride in their work. And they don't recognize good tenants when they have them. It seems that Bristlecone treats you well if you live in a more expensive apartment. For those in the "ghetto", forget it.
