Went in for an appointment for our cat last Monday. Dr. McReynolds looked him over and outwardly he was fine but since he wasn't eating normally, she suggested that a blood test would give us more information (even after his test came back normal in July as older cats health can change rapidly) Well, it's a good thing we did the test because we learned that Frank Black has kidney issues. Thanks for Dr. McReynolds for being fast to get us the information we need to treat him and Matt was extremely helpful when showing us how to administer fluids. I went from being really uncomfortable with the process with a new attitude that we can totally do this for Frank Black. Thanks Matt - it was your positive attitude that was so key. We'll be in touch for follow-ups as we take care of our amazing cat. We've been taking Frank Black to BVH for 12 years and he's always gotten excellent care and they give him lots of love too.

I recently moved to Washington and needed a vet for my two dogs. I found Broadway and am so pleased with them. They treat us like family and truly care about my babies (dogs).

Thank you for your kind review! We try our hardest to make our patients (and their parents) feel right at home when they come, and make sure that they leave healthier and happier than when they arrived! We are so glad to have you!
Matt and Sandra were fantastic yesterday! My Fluffy had some problems (turns out she is just a princess) and these two helped me discover that :) She was handled with care, talked to , even got some kisses on the head and she enjoyed every moment of her visit. Humans were entertained too. Thumbs up for this place!

We are so happy that the visit went well, and that Ms. Fluffy got everything taken care of! Hope the antibiotics work and she gets to feeling better! :)
We have been taking our dog to Broadway Veterinary Hospital for 14 years and really appreciate their attention to her and her health. Dr. Coon and the others that work there always follow up any lab tests with detailed information that we can understand. I highly recommend them for your pets.

Thank you so much for you kind review! We strive to deliver the highest level of care and compassion for our patients, and it is wonderful to hear back that we are accomplishing that! Thanks a lot!
We are new to Seattle, and we have 2 senior cats (14 and 15) that were having issues after a cross country trip :( We first saw Dr. Coon, who was exceptionally caring, and quite unique, when dealing with our babies. We had our follow up visit with Dr. McReynolds, who provided the same level of compassion and caring. They THOROUGHLY went over their physical exams with us AS THEY PERFORMED them, which is a rarity...and we have spent quite some time in other clinics as our babies are getting older... Back to the point, after drawing blood, giving recommendations and medications, we felt very comfortable with what they were telling us. We aren't the wealthiest people around, but we are willing to spend what it takes to keep out babies safe and healthy. The cost is a bit higher for some services than we are used to, but we have NEVER had a personalized feeling or experience like the one we had there! Thanks for helping our kids!!
