My home warranty set me up with Brown Plumbing. During first call, the guy said he would call me back after check his schedule. But he never called me back until I called him one day later, he said he would come around noon. But the guy never show up. Then I called him back, no one answer the phone.

The reason that I had not completed the call is that I had fired the home warranty company that sent me the request. The home warranty company wasn't willing to pay the previous plumbing contractor that went to the home. I wasn't going to incur cost to go and investigate any problem if the home warranty company wasn't willing to pay. The problem is with the home warranty company not Brown Plumbing Company.
