I was very surprised based on today's economy that a small business would treat their customers as I was. I tried to visit Buckhead Glass at 8:00AM (Hours Posted 8AM-5PM) and was left standing outside after I was seen and acknowledged by several employees who were at the front counter. After waiting 15 minutes for them to open the door I left. If they choose to ignore a customer at the front of their store, I can only imagine that their follow-up service and workmanship will be suspect as well. I am sure there is another glass comapny in Atlanta who appreciates paying customers!

Terrible service. Came and took measurements. Office lost measurements. Was sending someone again. Never showed because they lost my "ticket" AGAIN. 3rd time they claim someone came but the office had written my number down wrong. Unreal attitude from whoever answers the phone. Started out pleasant but became more and more rude the more she messed up!

I got a quote for a mirror and placed the order, They delivered 10 days late and the price was more than the original quote. I tried to resolved the price issue over the phone but got no satisfaction.
