Karl(business owner) was great! He was trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional & fast. He was worth every penny and saved us way more ...as we don't need to buy a new air heater furnace now!

Budget replaced the ignitor module on my Dacor stove. I knew it would not go well when he showed up with someone to tell him how to do it. The repair cost $568 and it still not correct. I called to get him back and he would only diagnose over the phone. He never tested anything and now he recommends replacing other items. What a crook. I will call factory authorized next and hope it won't cost too much to do what buget should have done.

The guy came out and assessed that my GE cooktop needed a couple of parts to be replaced. Initially, telling me that he could fix it for $190. Then said that it needed special order parts and it would be $300. Couple of days came back and replaced and it worked. Sure he fixed it but he is also very dishonest telling me that the GE parts are very expensive. It turns out that I found the same parts online for less than $60. Never use him again.

I called Budget Appliance to repair my Sub-Zero ref. They came out same-day, which I was thankful for because everyone else had at least a few days wait. When they came, he looked at my fridge, and gave me a full estimate, told me exactly what was wrong and told me he would have to order the parts. Less than a week later he called me, told me he would be getting the part the next morning and would be out to fix my fridge after that. He came, put in the part and my fridge has been working great ever since. I would definately use this company again, they are great people to deal with, very knowledgable in what they do and are very prompt.

I called this company around Thanksgiving time to get our oven fixed. They came & said that it was "the sensor" and they would have to order the part and it would be $180. I waited a week & he came back and put the part in then charging me $196 & said that it was more money because it was a "special ordered part". We didn't use our oven until about a month later and it was still broken. It was Christmas time and so I waited until after the holidays to call the company. Luckily there was a 90 day warranty on the product. He said he would have to write to "Kenmore", the maker of our oven to check on it and he'd call me in a few days. Time went by and he hadn't called, by now it was the end of January! I called again and left him a message wondering what was going on and if he figured out what the problem was. He called me back & left me a message "I think it is the "control panel" & have to order it, & will call you in a few days to make an installment date. A week and a half went by & I called him, He hadn't even ordered the part yet! He said he'd call me back again, which as you can see he had a hard time rembering to do. To make a long story short, after calling them several times, they "stalled" until after the warranty date and then wanted me to pay them again for this new part ($200)!!! I just wanted my money back & talked to the owner who told me he'd only give me $100 back out of the $200 I paid!!! I had to fight with him to give me $150 and luckily he sent the check!
