Building Projects Unlimited

We use Building Projects unlimited for all small to medium sized jobs for our corporate headquarters in Alpharetta Georgia. All of the employees are very knowledgable and professional! I have recently added them to our preferred vendor list not only because of the excellent service and communication, but also the price point is extremely competititve in this business environment. We have utilized their services for going on 2 years and have never had an issue that wasnt resolved within a reasonable time. I have used Steve for a number of years now. He had built a garage from the ground up for my brother so I knew he was capable. I have had him do everything from clearing a lot with his bobcat to as simple as replacing a vent stack cap. He has great attention to detail. He dug a trench on the lot where I could plant a line of Leyland cypress. He put a slope on the bottom so I would have proper drainage. The Leyland's are going strong after four years. Even on the simple job of the vent stack he sprayed some rust bonding agent on the remaining stack. It is still holding up two years later. He moves quickly so I feel like I get a good value for my money. He will let you know straight away if what you are asking him to do will meet building code. I think he's got the code tattooed to the inside of his eyelids. His is one of the few cards I keep on the fridge.
