I have been going there for ten months now, unfortunately because I signed up for an annual membership so it is use or lose. The first time there of course was great, service, etc then out of the reminder 9 visits 5 have been just flat out ridiculous. One the towels in two different locations had mascara on them, which makes you wonder how clean they really are since the second location in front of the sauna had this towel rolled up into the ice tray, which means someone had to look at it and still place it there. Spoke to a manager which was nothing but attitude. Next time not only did they changed the person I had booked for the appointment without telling me but the equipment in the room was not working so part of my paid time was spend going out of the room to get working equipment that worked, spoke to the manager at the front and nothing, just a nodding person. Then I advice them like my contract states that I will be absent for two months but no one notes my account so I spend almost two weeks making phone calls, and trying to get someone on the telephone that can do this so that they don't keep my money. A month ago I make an appointment with the an specific person, I show up to my appointment and they gave me someone else once again. I refused to be serviced by a different person than the one I had made the reservation with, but they say there is nothing we can do, we are booked and we don't know how or why it happened. Do you want a bath for your trouble?????
