This jeweler is not even worth giving one star. It was hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had in any store. I brought my necklace there to get fixed. When I picked it up, they swiped my credit card immediately for $25. They gave me my necklace and when I held it up, it was broken. They then said they would fix it, so I left it with them. I came back a total of four additional times and they never fixed my necklace. They told me I had to pay the $25 again because they had to get some hooks for it. They wanted to charge me twice and still did not fix the necklace. During my fourth visit to the store (I had to go back multiple times)- the two employees sat in the back on their lunch break and would not help me. I finally talked to the owner, Marcus Griffin, and he was extremely rude and not helpful either. He threatened me and had one of his big friends get in face and tell me to leave. I have never been anywhere so unprofessional and downright mean to their customers. I am considering having the police come and look on the video where he got in my face and threatened me. I am in total shock at these people. It's no wonder that he has zero reviews. They should not be in business.
