I saw Butler's Limousine on Bay Area Half Off. They advertised an 8 hour limo special for 10 people for $470.00. I thought this sounded fair so I got 9 friends together, called and made our reservations. On Aug 24th, all 10 of us met and our driver, Michael, picked us up right on time. During the course of our trip, we asked Michael how much we would get charged per hour if we wanted to go over our allotted time. Michael called his dispatch center who quoted him $90.00 and hour. We did end up going over two hours therefore, I fully expected to pay the extra $180.00. Much to my surprise, Butler's Limo Service charged my credit card $419.00 for those two hours. I spent a full 2 days trying to get in touch with someone who could resolve the issue for me. Of course, no one returned my phone calls. Finally, I decided to call the driver, Michael. Michael was kind enough to call Steve for me and asked that Steve call me. Steve did call and he assured me my credit card would be refunded $239.00 for the overcharge. Steve told me it would take 14-21 days to receive the credit which I did not understand because they had no problems charging my credit card in the first place. Anyway, it has been over 21 days and no credit. Of course, I once again started with the phone calls and no one is available and/or no one returns my phone calls.

We called for a Wine Tour. They provided us with a an actual British Butler name Barrie He knew where all the great locations were. We went to an actual Castle in Napa. They guys are great. Thanks for the Napa inside information. We will use your service, the next time we are in town.
