Answering machine gave business hours, l loaded up my lawnmower into my vehicle and took it there only to find that they were out of business in 2016. Totally inconsiderate! Deserve to be out of business.

A Hidden Gem

This place is worth the search. If you appreciate old hardware stores and true repair shops, this is the real deal. Did routine maintenance while I waited, sharpened the blade without asking, gave free advice on an easy repair to the power drive cable, and offered a small cash discount. SCORE! Keep your snotty high-end stores, I'll take this dudes run down shop any day. Very highly recommended.

I have used C and C periodically over the years. They always are courteous and fix the problem and at a price that won't break the bank. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What a great shop!

I brought my Honda riding mower and my Echo chainsaw to these guys for service and I can't say enough about what a great shop this is. They fixed my mower's drive system, which hasn't worked right since I had it "fixed" by Home Depot last year. They fixed my chainsaw, which I have always loved, but was always difficult to start without starter fluid. The owner, (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name, but he was really nice) explained how they had returned the carburetor to make it easier to start as part of the service. They were quick, even though they had several units ahead of mine, and the total repair costs on both units were under the estimate. I won't go anywhere else, even though I live in Virginia Highlands and it's a haul out to Sandy Springs, I would drive an hour to go here.

This company is a rip-off and the owner, Jerry, lied repeatedly to me. Do not do business with them. I took my 2 year old mower - <50 hrs use - for service b/c blades were struggling in tall grass. Mower worked fine otherwise. Told me 4 to 5 days to repair & charged $25 for estimate. After having it for 3 days and no call from them, I called. Told me the mower hadn't been looked at yet. I reminded them of the 4 to 5 day commitment and was told it would be at least another week. Later that day, I got a call telling me the mower needed $430 of work. I refused the repairs & said I would pick it and take elsewhere. When I picked up mower, the belt that drives the blades had been cut "because it had to be in order to provide the estimate". That is a lie. The belt is easily removed on this machine. The owner then claimed the belt was worn (lie) and frayed (lie). Other employee said it didn't need to be cut and was embarrassed. I have the belt and the only damage to it is where they cut it. I've asked them several times to replace the belt and the owner steadfastly refuses saying "he has rights" and that if I keep calling him, he "will call the police". His latest message says he doesn't have time to deal with this and that I should just leave him alone. (Like I have time to deal with this?) I tried to report them to BBB but no record of them exists. Stay AWAY!

They are always great. I've used them a few times to sharpen lawnmower and chainsaw blades. I broke an oil cap and they hooked me up with one from their boneyard of dead equipment.

I had a problem with my Poulan weed eater not starting. I called up C & C Lawnmower Repair and the guy told me he knew what it was and quoted me a price. I showed up before closing and he waited for me, fixed it on the spot...now get this...and only charged me half of what he quoted me on the phone! This is my new neigborhood shop now.

Best place in town to get your Mower Fixed

I took my Rider mower over to C&C lawnmower and they did me right. There cost beat every other places i called for pick up or drop off service by 30% . This is in Sandy Springs. I will take back my mower for next maintenance service.
