I am writing this review because I have been dealing with this company for a few years due to van I have financed threw them. I have had some financial issues which caused me to be behind many of times. Yes I get the many calls and emails but they have always been very nice and professional. This is the only company I have ever owed money to that was nice when asking me for it(lol). So that always makes me want to be nice, talk to them and work out something with them. Long story short great customer service goes a long way and this company has great customer service! Special thanks to Megan in the redemption department!

I am confirming my opinion of this rip off, harassing, devious, company. I am going to make this short and simple. Do not finance= C & F. My interest rate is 24%, 6 year loan that I have been paying for more than 3 years. I am a single person, paying my bills alone. I admit I have been late sometimes. I made the decision to trade my car in and this month I as late and dropped my payment off on Friday in a drop box, that couldn't be processed until after the holiday. I shopped this past Sat for a car and decided to apply for one. I called and left a detailed message that my payment's dropped off on Friday after being instructed to call and notify rep-C&F that my payment had been made and after a payment arrangement had been made after being harassed about my late payment. I continued to get calls Friday from C & F. No calls Sat (out shopping for a car) Then calls started on Mon. Spoke to rep and informed her payment had been dropped off. Again calls on Tuesday. She started off the conversation by asking me my address. I stated: reason for call She proceeded to ask the same question. She again stated that I had not paid my car note until she finally looked at her computer screen and then stated its here, thank you. I am starting to think she is trying to make me look bad so she can tell banks that I didn't make my car payment to give them a reason not to finance me. Am I being paranoid, or is this the normal thinking of this crooked financial company.
