Wow! My phone looks great just a day after I smashed my iPhone 4S screen to pieces! It was super quick (about 30 minutes) and very affordable too. I would definitely recommend this business to friends.

I own a brand new Google Nexus One. I went to CPR after the glass on my LCD screen shattered and needed to be replaced. I examined the phone from top to bottom ; every nook, every cranny of the phone to be SURE that the only repairs I needed were those which concerned my shattered screen. I took my phone to the shop to be repaired and was told it would take 25-30 minutes to repair the device. After 45 minutes, I inquired about how much longer it would take and was told it would take another 20 minutes. 15 minutes later I Aagain checked on the progress of the repair and was told, yet again, that another 20 minutes was required. After I left the shop I went back to work happy to have my phone. When I went to examine the work done on the phone, I found 4 visible dents and 1 visible scratch on my phone that were NOT there when I took the phone in to be serviced. When I called to have this matter addressed I was told that unless I could prove they caused the damage there was nothing they could do. They didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE the possibility that the damage MAY have actually been there fault. This company absolutely is NOT worth the $148 I spent to have my LCD screen replaced when I couldve just paid $130 to the insurance company and had the phone replaced with a brand new (dent free) phone. Unless you already have a banged up, cheap phone (and not a brand new expensive one) I wouldn't waste my time here. Get insurance on your phone, USE it, and save yourself the drama.

i dropped my palm treo 680 and could no longer receive a cell phone signal. in less than an hour, they had diagnosed the problem, quoted an estimate, and fixed my phone! the price was great and the service was top notch. this was my second visit to CPR; about 2 years ago, i dropped my phone in a snow bank while on business in milwaukee and the ringer stopped working. they couldn't find a problem and believed it was the dampness from the snow... there was no charge and i'm happy to report that the issue cleared up in a few days... these guys are good!

I learned about CPR from my mobile phone service supplier when I damaged my browser/phone. They searched for and obtained the needed parts and made the repair quickly. Even provided a lender phone while repairs were made. Since then I've been back a couple times and they always remember me. Last time I brought in my phone it was acting strangely. They took it into the back room and came back 10 minuts later saying it was probably only a loose connection, which they tightened. No charge. In a world where repair is Field Replaceable Unit services, its nice to have people who actually know what to do and don't fix things that aren't broken. Even better, they earn your trust. They earned mine.
