This location had changed it's name to Daddy's Money. Most of the citizens of East Point esp., nearby residents did not use this business. It never operated as a real Pawn Shop. The items inside were not something most folk would seek to purchase. The staff very most unfriendly and would look at you sort of scornful like as though to say "Why are you here?" Most folk that I spoke with, thought that this was some sort of front for something other than a Pawn Shop as most people know them to be. The merchandise was old, antique, found in the Appalachian Mountains or, some old derogatory memorabilia from Jim Crow days or earlier. Now most people in the area are not prone to want these things at all. Well, it seems they are now closed and we are glad to see this change.
