    Rude & Unprofessional

    Dr. Willie DID NOT have a good bedside manner with me; in fact she RARELY gave eye contact & always sent one of her nurses in to deal with me and nobody asked if I was OK with that. I was given two incorrect diagnoses & one of her Medical Assistants performed my pap smear!? Dr. Oliverer was no better; he made it known he wasn't impressed with my son's choice of college to attend. Will never go back and would never recommend.

    Dr. Willie has been my primary care provider for over 12 years. Caedel Medical Group offices in Riverdale and Fayetteville have very peaceful environments. Dr. Willie is one of few physicians who actually spend time with their patients. Her bedside manner is par excellence!

    Worst in Town

    I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and Caedel Medical Group is by far the worst medical care facility I have ever been a patient at. The physicians are incompetent and unable to give a proper diagnosis. The nursing staff does not return messages left on the nursing line. I have been told that a prescription was called into my pharmacy, and on several occassions arrived at the pharmacy to find that the prescription was never called in. I am currently disabled and needed the physician to write a letter simply giving a brief description of my illness and the dates that I was ordered out of work. It took four weeks to get the physician to write the letter and the office manager claimed to fax it to the insurance company, but they never received it. The office manager refused to fax the documents directly to me and stated that this was a violation of the HIPAA law, which is not true. On several visits to the office, there was no heating/air in the lobby area.
